So I tried these two things out. Turns out they're 100% true.

Someone on Reddit has been saying someone has been able to report new members without proof and remove their threads by claiming to be the people they've reported. Out of curiosity, I tested this out. Turns out it checks out. For some reason, admins have allowed it to be possible. I found out my threads have been removed this way, so beware if you're banned from somewhere or your threads are removed. This is the same person who thinks she can compete with Fedilore on Tumblr after being banned from Fedilore's instance for signing up for KiwiFarms in order to prevent her friends from being backbitten on there before going on YouTube to complain about it.

So, for clarification, I was named in the feud but was never actually in the actual feud and am an observer, and can absolutely prove I was offline 100% of the time (deleted Lemmy comments linger, so it's not like I am erasing any involvement). I just happened to get namedropped as collateral damage (on another occasion, so did the Ask Lemmy mod Candyman337 simply for keeping Leni around, and Candyman337 wasn't in the feud either, and they are welcome to testify too). As an observer, this only made me want to observe it more though.

The Lemmy users in the comments proceeded to post all the identifying information they could get from the license, including gender, date of birth, and zip code of the person's home. The meme is probably reposted and so this isn't doxxing the Lemmy OP, but that's what the users in the comments seem to think they're doing.

Are we allowed to bring up events that happened outside the fediverse if they involve fediverse admins in those locations?

Suppose you have a fediverse admin, perhaps one of the several who are oppressive, and they are roaming around somewhere like Twitter or Reddit. One day they spot someone on there they don't like, maybe someone they know from the fediverse or maybe not, and they give the person a hard time. Are we allowed to talk about those activities, especially considering the barrier is already crossed the other way?

Forgive the vent, but it used to be that the instances were all simply opinionated in different ways. You could talk to anyone from any instance without anyone getting upset so as long as you were respectful. Being in an instance used to be enviable enough to jest about.
